Private, Guided Tours

Exclusive, Private Tours are Led by Participating Landscape and Design Experts. Tours are at 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 & 11AM.
Private ticket holders are granted complimentary admission to the Self-Guided Tour on the 24th.
We are pleased to offer a limited number of private tours to meet with landscape and design professionals whose gardens are showcased on The Secret Gardens Tour©2012. The tour groups will consist of approximately 15 people plus the guide and will start at 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 or 11 a.m. with the last tour group leaving at 11 a.m.
We expect the private tours to take about an hour and a half, but could last as long as two hours depending upon each group’s interest in the gardens and the length of time spent asking questions, lingering in the gardens and walking to each garden. Tour-goers will meet at 5120 St. Charles Ave (view map), twenty minutes before for their designated tour group time. Tickets for the private tour are limited and will be sold in advance for $60 each. Groups of 10 or more may purchase tickets in advance for $50 each. Sales for advanced tickets and group tickets will close at 5:00pm, March 21st. As a bonus, private ticket holders are also granted complimentary admission to the self-guided Tour on Saturday, March 24th.

Self-Guided Tours are on Saturday, March 24, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets for the self-guided tour are $25 each if purchased online by 5:00pm, March 21st. Groups of 10 or more may purchase tickets in advance for $20 each and groups of 25 or more may purchase tickets in advance for $15 each. The deadline to purchase tickets and receive group discounts in advance is also by 5:00 p.m. on March 21st. Depress the "Buy Tickets" link to charge your tickets using our PayPal system. You may pick up your tickets on the day of the tour at the "Will Call" table at 5120 St. Charles Ave (view map). Just give the volunteer your name and a form of identification to receive your tickets purchased online.
Tickets may be purchased on Saturday for $30 each. Children under five years old may attend for free. Online ticket sales end at 5:00pm, March 21st.
Cancellations
If the tour is cancelled due to rain, please consider your ticket a donation.
Funds raised from the tour will be used for educational and charitable purposes to benefit brain injury recovery. We welcome any additional donations or sponsorship.
